We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return and receive a refund.
Items returned between 15–30 days after delivery may only be eligible for store credit. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

- It must be unused and unworn
- It must include the original packaging
- It must not show any signs of damage, alteration, or wear

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your item, as Bellamont is not responsible for returns lost during transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Order Cancellations
Due to our fast order processing times, cancellations can only be requested before your order has been dispatched.
If your cancellation request is approved, a 10% cancellation fee may apply to cover processing and administrative costs.
To request a cancellation, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return your original purchase following our return process.
Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for your preferred item.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 4 business days.
