Order Processing Time

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation on business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or busy periods will be processed on the next available business day.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom, United States, Australia & Canada: 3–5 business days
  • European Union Countries: 4–6 business days
  • Other International Destinations: 6–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, or unexpected circumstances. We will always do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and order details.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s journey until it arrives.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Please carefully check your delivery address, including your full name, street address, apartment/unit number, and postal code before completing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Bellamont cannot guarantee successful delivery. Any additional shipping costs required due to incorrect address details will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

In the unlikely event that your package is lost while in transit, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

Once an order has been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, Bellamont cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery confirmation. If you believe your package has been stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting your local authorities and delivery provider.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Customers are responsible for any charges imposed by their local customs authority unless otherwise stated at checkout.
